Bookings

Bookings may be made by phone, WhatsApp, or website enquiry form. Please provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time, and contact details so we can confirm your ride.

Pricing

Trip charges depend on route, vehicle type, distance, waiting time, tolls, parking, permits, and applicable taxes. Final pricing should be confirmed before travel.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time, carry required travel documents, and avoid carrying prohibited or unsafe items in the vehicle.

Cancellations and Delays

Please inform us as early as possible for cancellations or schedule changes. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road restrictions, or emergencies may affect pickup and travel time.
